skin careOily skin is especially common during adolescence, when hormonal changes promote the overproduction of fat (oil from the skin). Oily skin is more prone to develop large pores, blackheads, spots and pimples with pus.

Dietary Factors

Eating foods with saturated fats contributes to the problem. Oily skin in the nose, forehead and chin (a combination skin) is associated with a lack of vitamin B2 (riboflavin), found in beef liver and wheat germ. It is advisable to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, natural juices and herbal teas. Other measures that can be applied are washed gently with an odorless soap with a pH balanced. Become a routine skin care, avoid large amount of makeup and moderate sun exposure.
