The skin as an organ of summarization

Most conflicts and life changes, such as suffering from a skin condition, mean stress and the chance of getting to level psyche (mind) and body (soma), which today are accepted as interconnected.

Skin and nervous system have a common origin in the embryo that is the ectoderm and that “leave together” is forever imprinted on biological memory.

The skin, the true organ of expression, is both the largest of our organs, with its own structure and unique features with a rich visualization and innervations, staying in it the sense of touch.

The epidermal barrier homeostasis allows the internal environment contacted directly with the external world and its name “relational package” of man, damming as a constituent part of the self.

Leriche defined health as “the silence of the organs, skin clarifier concept, where the visibility of the disease show that the denial of silence.
Daily events and psychosocial reactions could only be considered triggers of processes for which there is certain predisposition.

What to do?

Initially you have to control the rash with topical medications or cosmetic creams. But we must eliminate the cause or causes of the problem: stress.

Stress can not be eliminated but can be controlled. Some stress is normal and positive, is spending her life harmful stress.

Exercise. Many studies show that exercise helps manage stress. Especially recommended for stress management are exercises like yoga and martial arts.

Alternative techniques. As massage, aromatherapy baths, acupuncture, herbal tea, meditation and the like. All contribute to reduce stress.

Attitude. What is not under your control are the circumstances, but the way in which your reaction is totally your decision.
