celluliteUntil recently many doctors say that cellulite only existed in the minds of women. Women have always known that there is cellulite because we see in the mirror. We see its undeniable presence in our buttocks, thighs and abdomen.

What is cellulite?
Basically it is fat trapped in the upper layers of the skin, therefore it is visible and palpable. Most doctors and beauticians in the U.S. have different views on how to treat cellulite and if possible, or not treated.

Women are prone to cellulite because the composition of our skin and the effect of hormones. This creates the appearance of so-called orange peel or cellulitis. It is estimated that 90% of women have cellulite.

Improving cellulite
Cellulite is very difficult to combat but can be improved with diet, exercise and other treatments. At present there is no cream, massage or clinical treatment that completely eliminated. The new creams are promising but the results are temporary.

The open comedones are blackheads, dark spots on the skin that form when sebum mixes with dead cells. They are black because they are very dense, with many dead cells packed into a tiny space.

They are formed by the abundance of sebaceous secretions. So come out more in the T zone where sebaceous glands are most concentrated. But they can go anywhere.
